Same-day if you call before 1 PM and you're in our service area. Otherwise next-day. We give you an arrival window when we quote and text on the way.
Not always. For curbside or garage pickups where we have access, you can leave items out and we'll send photos and an invoice when we're done. Interior pickups need an adult on site or written permission from the homeowner.
