Living room: couches, loveseats, sectionals, sleeper sofas, recliners,
armchairs, coffee and side tables, TV units, bookcases, rugs.
Bedroom: bed frames, headboards, wardrobes, dressers, nightstands, mirrors,
and mattresses and box springs.
Dining and kitchen: tables, chairs, sideboards, bar stools, kitchen islands,
and detached cabinetry after a remodel.
Office: desks, filing cabinets, task chairs, conference tables, cubicle
partitions. At scale that becomes commercial junk
removal, usually run after hours.
Outdoor: patio sets, loungers, umbrellas, gazebo frames, and the tired
sectional that has been living on a balcony since 2019.
Pianos, pool tables, safes and hot tubs are a separate conversation because they are
genuinely heavy rather than merely bulky. LASAN's accepted and prohibited lists name none of
them, which is why they end up on the phone with us. Hot tub
removal is a demolition job and priced as one.
What cannot ride with the furniture: paint and
stains, solvents, motor oil, propane cylinders, pool chemicals, pesticides, automotive
batteries, fluorescent tubes, asbestos, medical waste. All of it goes free to a S.A.F.E.
Collection Center — seven permanent sites, open weekends, with a state limit of 125
